By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jitu33 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform. jitu33 enforces this requirement strictly and will suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under the minimum age. Any winnings accrued by an underage user are void and will be forfeited in their entirety.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for a person under the minimum age to engage in gambling. jitu33 employs age-verification tools and conducts KYC checks. Parents and guardians are encouraged to install parental-control software on shared devices.
The Platform is designed primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia, including those located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Makassar, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, and other Indonesian cities. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
Any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from jitu33 or any affiliated gaming platform is not eligible to open a new Account or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of this Agreement.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, date of birth, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jitu33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must immediately notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jitu33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. The Company may, at its discretion, request identity documentation at any point during a User's engagement with the Platform, including at registration, upon a withdrawal request, or where suspicious activity is detected.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases or submissions requiring additional documentation may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. The Company is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete or illegible documentation submitted by the User.
jitu33 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The Company reserves the right to reject deposits and return funds to their source where third-party payment is suspected. Deposited funds are for wagering purposes only and may not be used to exploit bonus structures or engage in money laundering.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours following successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There are no withdrawal fees for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving bank's internal processing cycles. The Company does not guarantee next-day withdrawal completion and accepts no liability for delays caused by the User's financial institution.
All Account b alances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jitu33 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, with any conversion costs borne by the User.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jitu33 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal request may be submitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
The Company reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single-user bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other Users, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations.
jitu33 may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Participation in these promotions is subject to the terms published at the time of each offer and is available only to eligible, verified Account holders.
jitu33 offers wagering markets across a broad range of products including sports betting (football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports), live casino table games, slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, sabung ayam (cockfighting with Meron/Wala wagering), and virtual sports. Each product category is governed by its own supplementary game rules, accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.
A wager is confirmed only when the Platform has processed the bet and issued a unique bet reference number. The deduction of funds from your Account Balance without a confirmed bet reference does not constitute a valid wager. The Company's transaction records shall be the definitive source of truth in any dispute regarding bet placement or settlement.
jitu33 reserves the right to void any wager where: the bet was placed on an event subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the outcome was affected by proven match-fixing or corruption; or applicable regulations require the bet to be voided. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the User's Account Balance.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be paid out in full. If one or more selections are voided, the payout will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. A mix parlay reduced to a single selection by voided legs will be settled as a single wager at the remaining selection's odds.
In-play ("live") betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice. The Company accepts no liability for the inability to place an in-play wager due to market suspension. All live wagers are subject to the prevailing odds at the moment the bet is confirmed by the Platform's system — not the odds displayed at the moment the User initiates the bet placement process.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, sale, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of jitu33.
jitu33 strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseeable technical faults, cyberattacks, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of wagering opportunity, missed promotions, or other damages arising from Platform downtime.
Gambling involves financial risk, and Users acknowledge that they may lose some or all funds wagered. jitu33 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Users. It is the User's sole responsibility to wager only amounts they can afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitu33's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence. All other warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
jitu33 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We apply 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and comply with applicable data-protection standards to safeguard your information.
jitu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jitu33 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
